Hi, my name is Emma O Brien and I am a nutritional and lifestyle practitioner, my expertise is in supporting people with weight loss and helping them keep the weight off

Let me help you lose that excess weight for good   so you can feel confident and happy in your body.

I know it can be very confusing about the correct foods to eat, when to eat and how to get rid of cravings, which leads to you feeling overwhelmed. My goal when working with clients is to help them make small manageable changes that will give them long term results.  I know mainstream nutrition advice can be conflicting and confusing, so I want to provide you with the knowledge you need to support yourself on your weight loss journey. There will be no calorie counting, no crash dieting, you won’t be left feeling hungry all the time. You will be eating a rich and satisfying diet consisting of real wholesome foods which will leave you feeling full for longer. You will feel fantastic and will learn a new way of eating for life.

After years of eating poor quality food with little available nutrition, I constantly had no energy. My body was getting weaker because of muscle loss, and I was gaining fat.

Through research I discovered that I needed to improve the quality of foods and cut out processed foods. By doing this I let my body tell me how much to eat and gave up obsessing on calorie counting. It is all about what we eat and not about how much we eat. When the food we eat is nutritious we stop having cravings and start to feel satisfied. This resulted in my body not feeling hungry all the time as it was getting good nutrition. My excess weight fell off effortlessly (and stayed off). My mood improved, and I had an abundance of energy. My digestion improved and my skin started to glow. For the first time in years, I felt confident about my weight.
